I went shopping for a veterinarian after my dog had a bad experience with another vet. I visited with the front office letting them know what I was looking for: a warm and inviting office, a smaller practice that would allow me to be in the room with my dog during examinations, not driven by profit, etc. I was satisfied with their answers and made an appointment. I was not disappointed. The tech and the vet took the time to let Wilson warm up to them. Even getting down on the floor with him. Only when they had to draw blood did they take him to the back and left the door open so I could hear what was going on. They were singing to him and used comforting words to calm him. It was a good experience for Wilson and me. Time will tell, but it was a good start

Dr Johnson has been caring for our pets for several years now at the Georgetown Veterinary Hospital, and we trust her implicitly with their health and wellbeing. She, and everyone in her office, is attentive, responsive to our concerns and super caring. Recently, my 14 year old chihuahua developed a condition that was quite scary for a pet parent and the staff went out of their way to not only get us in for an appointment same day, but sent follow-up emails over the next few days to check on him. When I needed a prescription refill today, Cara responded to my email request quickly, confirmed with Dr Johnson, and had the prescription ready for me to pick up promptly. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent care all of my pets have received over the years.

I am so thankful for Georgetown Veterinary Hospital and their entire staff. Especially at this stage of my dog’s life. When you have a 12 year old pup, who has been diagnosed with cancer, the care and advice you receive means so very much. Dr. Jamie Johnson and her team, including Rita and Amanda, are absolutely amazing. The compassion, care and guidance I have received has been impeccable. Dr. Johnson has equipped me with the knowledge and tools needed to help my sweet pup through this difficult time, allowing us the space and calm to treasure the time he has left. And my pup absolutely loves them. When your vet peeps will get on the floor with you for cuddles and provide you with a cozy dog bed to rest on, how could you not feel like a VIP? Before his diagnosis, the amazing staff at GTVH helped my pup navigate mobility issues over the past 3 years. And I’m confident they have made it possible for him to thrive longer than he might have without their care. I highly recommend GTVH. Every visit, every staff member, every single communication, is first rate.

Truly the best vets around. Every doctor here has been incredible. Dr. Crenshaw, Dr. Nichols, and Dr. Underwood have all been so supportive and knowledgeable through the ups and downs that come with caring for a pet. They take amazing care of our dog, and I always feel like they genuinely have his best interests at heart. Our dog absolutely loves Alex, one of the vet techs. She’s the best. It’s clear from the moment you walk in that the entire staff truly loves animals, and that kind of care and compassion makes all the difference.

Just had the most positive experience today with Dr. Allyson Crenshaw at Georgetown Texas Veterinary Hospital for a visit I had with my very spoiled cat. The clinic was very clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was very kind. Dr. Crenshaw and her technician were extremely compassionate, never appeared rushed, and they both were incredibly competent and thorough in wanting to know Finnegan’s health history. Dr. Crenshaw saw my big guy for an annual wellness check and to address anal gland issues. She was especially gentle with him since he was very nervous as she thoroughly checked him over, took care of expressing his anal glands, gave him his vaccines, trimmed his claws, and eased my mind that everything looks great with his overall health. Usually after arriving home from a trip to a vet clinic Finnegan will hide for a few hours, today he seems totally unfazed by our visit with Dr Crenshaw, I highly recommend her and Georgetown Animal Hospital.

This was my first visit to this clinic. I brought one of my pets here and had an awesome experience. The clinic was very clean, organized, and running on time. Their online appointment scheduling process is very user-friendly. I cannot say enough about the staff. The technician, Faith, as well as Dr. Perry were amazing. Everything was explained in detail, and there was no rush to get through the visit. They offer a very convenient process to obtain medication lab results and the communication is outstanding. I felt my pet was handled with the utmost care. I definitely recommend this clinic and will return as well.

When we had to say goodbye to our Maddie girl, everyone we interacted with here showed so much compassion and care. Every staff member from the front desk to the veterinarian took such wonderful care of us. It was a hard experience, but being surrounded by so many people who genuinely cared and supported us made it a little more bearable. Thank you for taking care of our girl and us!

My senior dog was starting to limp. it was so easy to get an appointment. the Vet and vet tech did a great job helping him feel comfortable and explaining options. i was used to Austin vet prices, and while the care was on-par the price was much cheaper. very clean, good people who clearly love the pets they treat.
